Thanks for visiting Indoor fitness Reviews, my personal blog where I share all my strategies, tips, and lessons learned working on getting as fit and healthy as I can be without using a gym or personal trainer.

How I got started on this blog:

I have used different programs, formulas, gyms, trainers and diets for years.

Some of these programs worked, and some not so much.

I hope to share my experiences and knowledge to benefit your quest for personal wellness and a healthy lifestyle.

As we age, it is more important than ever to take care of our bodies.  The best way to do this is through aerobic exercise, fitness and muscle building routines, and a healthy diet.

Exercise equipment: 

In my review of exercise equipment and processes for using exercise equipment I will always try to give you tips and techniques that will make using the equipment as efficient and effective as possible.  Often the failure to succeed using exercise equipment is not a matter of effort or time spent, it is about using the right techniques and methods.

Fitness programs:

I will always give you helpful information about any fitness programs that I have used or that I review.  I will strive to give you information and tips to ensure that you get the maximum experience from using the program.

Diet:

I will endeavor to give you the most up to date, relevant scientific information available about diet and supplements.
